The Roltek splined cluster shaft
was designed for easy disassembly
and reassembling for ratio
changes. To increase the load
strength the cluster Shaft rotates
on four cage roller bearings.
Thrust bearings are used to
decrease the end load friction
when shifting through the
gears.

• Main Drive Set is Removable from the Input Shaft and the Cluster Shaft

• Removable Dog Rings in all gears 1st, 2nd, & 3rd. Dog Rings are all interchangeable.

• 1st Gear is grooved out to reduce the rotating weight.
